Policies...

1.  Country View Weddings (CVW) performs weddings at your location or at the Rothbury Bed & Breakfast (RB&B) year round but our busiest  season is between June and September so you should try to make your reservations early.

2.  We prefer afternoon times for the wedding but are open to any time of the day you choose from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

3.  Although it is not absolutely required we highly recommend a rehearsal with all attendants present. At the very least a walk through over the telephone, with the bride and groom.

4.  If you choose to hold your wedding at the RB&B we need to remind you that smoking is permitted outside the facility only (we have terrific porches)

5.  We perform many different types of ceremonies;

1. Religious - Christian
2. Religious - Non-Denominational
3. Civil
4. Non-Religious
5. Other - Customized to your liking

6.  We will not consider same sex ceremonies

7.  Any date can be reserved with a $50 non-refundable deposit with the balance required 60 days prior to the event.

8.  Master Card, Visa, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, personal checks and cash are accepted for payment.

9.  There are no extra or hidden fees beyond those defined in the package descriptions on our home page other than milage or overnight.

1. MILEAGE: We charge 0.50 / mile, round trip for all miles over 20.
2. OVERNIGHT:  If your plans require an overnight stay in that area we ask for a flat $75 compensation fee. 

10.  We are available to host weddings at the RB&B for up to a maximum of 20 guests. Please go to www.rothburybedandbreakfast.zoomshare.com  for more details.

11.  If the wedding is held at the RB&B the event is subject to all policies as posted here and on www.rothburybedandbreakfast.zoomshare.com . 

12.  We are not positoned to have alcohol or dancing at the RB&B.

13.  Rates are subject to change without notice, however, once secured with a deposit your rate will not change.

14.  Some dates are subject to a 100% surcharge (twice the listed rate for that package); January 1, February 14, Good Friday, Easter Weekend, July 3/4/5, Thanksgiving, December 24/25/26, December 31.

16.  Reduced rates are available for package options that include both the RB&B and the wedding - please inquire.

17.  CANCELLATIONS: 

A) Up to 30 days before the date of event receive all monies paid minus the non-refundable $50 deposit.

B) Cancellations with less than 30 days before the scheduled date will receive no refunds unless we are able to re-schedule your date in which case letter "A" above applies.
